Reseller Account Limits

For the first time, we are being forced to change our packages due to cPanel's new pricing structure to a "per account" structure. We hate having to increase prices and to set limits, but in order to remain sustainable, we must impose limits unless cPanel reverts their pricing structure.

The reseller package prices will be increased according to their account limits. Example, if a reseller package has 25 account limit, we will increase the price $0.20x25 ($5/month).

Small Reseller:
25 Account Limit
Price increase of $5/month.
$11.95/month

Medium Reseller:
50 Account Limit
Price increase of $10/month.
$20.95/month

Unlimited Reseller:
100 Account Limit
Price increase of $20/month.
$35.95/month

We will begin updating your pricing starting on December 19, 2019.  For those with recurring PayPal subscriptions, you will need to either modify them within your PayPal accounts or recreate a new subscription upon the next invoice. If you have a pending invoice already created, your new pricing will begin on your next invoice.

How does the new cPanel license structure work?

Any server which is hosting up to 100 cPanel accounts, the license will fall into one of cPanel's first three licensing tiers, however, once the 100 cPanel accounts cap is reached, all additional cPanel accounts are charged at an additional rate of $0.20 each.

What if I am above the account limit?

If you need more cPanel accounts and disk space, you will be able to upgrade to a higher Reseller Hosting plan. If you need only more cPanel accounts, you will be able to add additional blocks of cPanel accounts charged according to below pricing tiers:

  • 5 cPanel accounts: $4/mo
  • 10 cPanel accounts: $6.50/mo
  • 25 cPanel accounts: $9/mo
  • 50 cPanel accounts: $14/mo

Failure to upgrade to the appropriate package will result in suspension of your reseller account.

Are you going to switch to another panel?

At this current time, we have no plans to switch to another alternative.
