Dear Valued Client,

We are pleased to inform you that USHost247 will soon begin migrating all cPanel accounts from our current server to a new, upgraded server environment. This transition is part of our ongoing commitment to providing improved performance, reliability, and overall service quality.

What to Expect

  • Your account will be migrated automatically. No action is required during the migration process.
  • There may be brief periods of downtime or temporary interruptions while your account is being transferred.

Due to differences between the current server (MySQL 8) and the new server (MariaDB 10), some accounts may experience temporary errors during the migration process. To ensure data integrity and resolve compatibility issues such as collation differences, databases will be transferred live and adjusted as needed. These interruptions are expected to be short and will be resolved as part of the migration.

Updated cPanel Access

Once your account has been successfully migrated, you will need to access cPanel using the following URL:

https://server3.noc10.net:2083

Important: Custom Nameserver Users

If you are using custom/private nameservers, you will need to update them to point to the new server IP address:

  • ns3.noc10.net → 148.113.217.124
  • ns4.noc10.net → 148.113.217.124

Failure to update your custom nameservers may result in service interruptions after your migration is completed.
