Refunds can be denied for a few different reasons. If you have been denied a refund, please look below to see if your reason there:
- You have passed the 30 day money back period.
- You have been a client before for more than 30 days with no refund requested. Repeat signups do not qualify.
- Your account was suspended for violations of TOS or AUP. No refunds are given if any account is in violation.
